Youthcare Long term housing options Include:
- Single Units for young people.
- Single and Duplex units for people with disabilities.
- Long term affordable housing options for families

These housing options are to accommodate people who are on low incomes.
Initially you will be offered a 3 month fixed term lease. If everything works out you will be provided with 12 month leases ongoing. You will be required to either pay the bond due or apply for a bond loan.
This accommodation is unfurnished so you will need to provide your own
furnishings. You will be required to provide an income statement. |
